Rates vary by (Dutch) health insurance provider. You can contact us to find out the exact rate for your insurance provider. Our private rates are indicative and are generally slightly higher than the health insurance provider’s rate. The rates below apply when the treatment is not (or no longer) reimbursed directly by the health insurance provider.
Occupational therapy/hand therapy treatment: €23.31 per 15 minutes.
Intake/initial treatment
- with a referral: 1 hour of treatment + registration/file creation (15 minutes) = €116.55
- for direct access (DTE): 1 hour of treatment + registration/file creation and screening (30 minutes) = €139.86
Follow-up treatment (duration to be determined);
- minimum 30 minutes €46.62
- 45 minutes €69.93

Surcharges and other costs
- home visit surcharge €37.17
- during treatment, it may be necessary to fabricate or fit a hand, wrist, or finger splint. The costs for materials and the fabrication of a splint may be charged in addition to the treatment.
- Missed appointment (no-show): You will be charged for the reserved time +, if applicable, the home treatment surcharge: A missed or not-in-time-canceled appointment will not be reimbursed by your health insurer.
- Supplementary report, e.g., for a personal injury case or insurance physician: rate 2026 €138.73 incl. 21% VAT.
